991.2 GT3 RS - WP cars delayed

Default 991.2 GT3 RS - WP cars delayed
Received notice from Porsche today, that first batch of 3 RS cars with Weissach package will be pushed from June to July production.... and right now they are not even accepting new orders with WP. It’s gone from the configurator as well.

This will be a loooooooooong summer

Yes, we know this. Its been reported in other threads. In fact, I am one who is affected by this delay in the supply of WP.

Well, I guess we should look at it from the positive side: one month less to produce WP cars, before 992 completely takes over the production facilities.... or the police ;-)

This seems to be the norm these days for most GT cars. Offer options and then announce delays. I've reach the point of not ordering many of the exotic or unusual options. Not worth the time or effort. AND regarding ED, you have to be out of your mind to sign up for one. The likelihood of meeting the dates are slim to none.
