Maybe if all the flippers and flakers were taken out of the equation maybe Porsche did create the perfect number of allocations--it's just such a mess to match up the allocations to the customers who will A) take delivery of the car they ordered and B) have bought the car for their own enjoyment and use.

Agree,
This is such a sad thing to happen when a real buyer could have enjoyed the experience from discovery to reveal, but it is quite cool to see it offered here - who know, perhaps develop a long term relationship.
I planned my spec to last me 10 years, can't imagine that the 992 cars will be leaps and bounds to be enough but we will see.

What is the German VAT deposit and is it refundable, as the term applies?

A white Touring that just landed in Socal with $15k of options that I didn't want, MSRP $181K, and they are asking for $30K over, but the GM may do $20K over. Car hasn't been PDI yet as of yesterday, PM me if interested.

Dealer "ADM" reminds me of a line in the 1981 film "Body Heat"
