Sorry to interrupt the back and forth about Prius' and value add but I did come across 2 GT3 Touring cars on the ground in the secondary market:

Braman has a Chalk with an MSRP of $173k - They want $60k ADM. This was not on their website as of today. The hilarious part of this one is that the SA told me they had to "Buy" the car from the Midwest when the Monroney shows Braman as the selling dealer.

Miller Motorcars has a GT Silver with an MSRP of $170k - They want $21k ADM. It is still on their site as of today. It's a promising car but the most noteworthy item in the build is Steelies instead of PCCB. If this fits you, I'd call them quickly as there aren't many Touring cars publicly listed for sale.

I have no stake or interest in either of these as I have my Allocation for October 2018 build.

OK - carry on...

The Touring at Braman looks like a child configured the build. All the red accents look silly and the cloth inserts look really odd on the sofa’s. Out of all of the tourings I’ve seen the best looking ones seem to not have all sorts of details and are just clean, classic looking.

I like the way this car is built. Very close to my current build minus PCCB. And, IMHO, Touring looks amazing with GT silver.

Thanks, I know. I just want my Porsche virginity to be something special i.e. ED, PTS, NA car, but not enough history w/ brand currently. Bought two cars w/o ED possibilities in interim, instead of Macan GTS and Targa 4.

Fully agree! If I hadn't been set on another color and PCCB, $21k really is not too much to ask for immediate gratification.

Does look great and 21k isn't bad. But looks like a dealer build with about $8k of options that I wouldn't get (mostly cosmetic).

Its already taking the fun out of it, I’ll sit this market out.

I already have an RS, don’t really need the new one, but still it’s disapointing when Youtube stars and celebrities are offered cars they don’t know much about..

But when my 10 - 11 year ago paid deposit comes back, I’ll go find another brand for plan B.

"Taking the fun out of it...". Well stated Peter. After 2 used GT3s, 3 used 911s, 1 used Panamera, 1 new cayenne, 1 new Panamera turbo, and 1 new GT3RS....I'm not begging to pay premiums over the msrp for these cars.

It's not about "selling" these cars anymore. It's about handing out allocations. If they want the non Porsche / car "fans" to get their cars...so be it. It's good to be the hot chick at the bar I assume.

But damn if their cars aren't amazing.
