Default Vinyl Numbers over PPF

I have my first HPDE of the year coming up, so I ordered some reusable vinyl numbers for my car. However my entire car is covered in Suntek Ultra so I would be applying the numbers over the PPF on my doors.

Has anyone done this before? Am I going to wreck the PPF?

By reusable, are you referring to magnetic or adhesive numbers? I have not personally used the magnetic decals, but have used countless vinyl (adhesive) tracks numbers over expel Ultimate with zero issues. If you are referring to magnetic, I would just ensure both surfaces are extremely clean before install, then again, I am not sure if these doors are steel or aluminum either. Good luck.

They are the reusable vinyl numbers with adhesive. I don't think magnetic would work anywhere on the car because of the aluminum doors etc.

Glad to hear you've used the vinyl with adhesive over PPF with no issues. Thanks for the feedback.

Using Vinyl letters over the PPF should not be a problem.

I’ve used vinyl adhesive numbers of PPF for years. It’s perfect.

Yeah, I've put vinyl over PPF many times. It's totally fine.
