Default over size Cup 2 tires

I am looking for feed back on running Cup 2 over size tires on my GT3. Thinking about 265/35/20 and 325/30/20 on stock wheels. For those of you doing this how is it working. Thanks

I'm curious about this as well so I'll subscribe - 245/305 fitment on 9 and 12 inch wide wheels is a bit stretched; it looks like one could gain from a slight upsize but I've asked around and have not heard of anyone running the 265/325 Cup2s on 20s.

Meanwhile, 255/35/20 and 315/30/20 is apparently available now on the Toyo R888R.

I run them but they do rub in the front. I have worn a small hole in the plastic liner on the inside of my fender so it doesn’t rub as much now. I love the way it looks

I rubbed a hole in my front fender well liners as well but with stock wheels. I just changed the lower control arm bushings which will take care of the castor problem when you run -3 camber up front.
How is the grip with the extra tire?
Are you running stock rims?
What camber are you running?

Yes, there’s definitely extra grip with the more tire. We maxed out the factory camber which if I remember is about 2.25 in the front and 2.5 in the rear. I am running exact same size as factory OZ ultraleggra rims, but if I had it to do again would probably invest in a lighter rim. They just released the 20 inch Hoosier r7, but in factory tire sizes, so I am planning to give them a try over my larger sized SPC2’s.
