Default Trackstar Brake Upgrade at GRP

Our good friend, and best customer Dan, brought in his GT3 RS for a little upgrade this week! Some of you may know Dan, he is the owner Porsche dreamed of when the RS was built. Of the 6k plus miles on this vehicle, over 5,500 have been track miles. We recently installed a new GRP Center Bypass, satin black roll cage, harness brackets and red Schroth 6 point HANS harnesses to this vehicle as well. Through its wear and tear, the car has performed seemingly flawlessly, and finally Dan noticed a bunch of cracking on the OEM rotors and called us for our suggestions.

Working with our great racing friends and suppliers, Brembo / Race Technologies, we identified the right package for Dan. While there are several 2-piece rotor options, we focused on the ones with thicker walls and narrower air gaps, decreasing rotor and pad wear, as well as the Type 3 Slotted combination. These will work with any GT3 or RS, non-PCCB. Dan already had new RE10 pads, so the upgrade was solely focused on rotors!

Not only will these work extremely well, but they sure to look awesome in those OEM Wheels too!

Make sure to go online to our site to order your brakes today, or email me and we can consult with Brembo to get the right package for you. GR@grahamrahalperformance.com

Very nice, exceptional work, great finish
Thanks for sharing.

BTW, Were there carbon/silicon/composite options beyond steel rotors?
I'm thinking the same; order the OEM steel brakes for their smaller calipers and get improved rotor/pad material.

Thank you
