Looks like a nice build, nothing a crazy build like what OP posted.

ADM is somewhat reasonable, and

also have some aftermarket stuff ie HRE wheels.

The ad didn't say and summing the options I'm guessing it is in the $30-$35k range

I think that sounds about right. Adding the options, the car is around low to mid 18.
