Does anybody have an idea of how long it might take to reach southern Florida?

You can figure on 4-6 weeks. It will come in at Jacksonville. Your SA should be able to give you an estimated ETA

Todd nailed time for Florida, I would start the 4-6 weeks (Emden port to dealer lot) timer when it actually leaves Emden port. Depending on ship schedule it can sometimes sit in Emden for awhile. Good luck and congrats.

Never actually got the build code
It's pretty basic with the Large fuel tank, front axle lift, standard wheels, and the bucket seats,

Mine exited Port Emden yesterday, 3/27 and expected delivery to dealer moved up from 5/18 to 5/4 Yeah!!!!!

Tried to list my '14 GT3 with '16 G Engine and '16 PDK on RL marketplace today 5X at $119,950 OBO with no success.
Finally gave up and listed on Cars.com https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/d...7926/overview/

4 to 14 days to get on a boat. (At which then your SA can provide you with a vessel name and you can track it everyday yourself)
2-3 weeks to get to US port (depending on route)
4 to 14 days to be PDI and released from transport to your local dealer.

Congrats! Your car wil likely be on the Siem Cicero, leaves Emden 4/9, arrives Jax 4/23. Will it be at smokies?

If it comes in on time, I'd love to drive it on Smokies but dealer arrival date will likely be just a few days too late. Something to look forward to on our return.
Drove my 918-owning friend's GT3.2 and his 911R. Both cars a ton of fun to drive. GT3.2 definitely smoother, quieter and slightly torquier in mid-range than 3.1,
but miss some of the "character" and internal race car noises of the GT3.1. Best Porsche I've ever owned. Given me countless smiles through 24,000 miles.
Gonna be hard to say goodbye!

Why weren't you there at the factory for this ?
I think that is one of the must-do things in Porsche ownership; visit the factory while your car is being made
