.2 GT3 -- front wheel offset of 49mm OK?
Looking to get a set of OZ Ultraleggera wheels for the track.
Stock front wheels are 9 x 20, 55 mm offset. I was kind of surprised how far in the front wheels/tires are set with the factory alignment on the .2 GT3. It looks like the fronts could easily be pushed out by 10mm.
So, according to Damon at Tire Rack, we can get these wheels in 9 x 20 in 49, 51 and 55 mm offsets. I was planning to get them in 49mm to push the front wheels out a bit (6mm, in this case).
Anyone running the ET49 wheels and if so, do you have any fender or liner rubbing issues, especially under compression?

Tirerack had a sale before. But look around for used ones. They are the rims from 997.2gt3rs that no one drives on track anymore. I think I saw some used on Rennlist somewhere. Found some for 2500 this past fall.
