It is a VIP allocation, but I did receive my V200 status today which I would imagine means that dealer allocations and builds are only moments away. July completion with Sept 7th delivery.

If you go by 991.1 RS production, and assume around 200 VIP cars, then June, July and the first part of September production will already be taken up for North America.

A few 918 VIP's received their allocations over the weekend, with the overwhelming majority receiving theirs yesterday. These are real allocations with real commission numbers, not just letters or promises.

I just put a deposit on my allocation today. I'm in the GCC market. I believe my OPC only has 15 allocations and it was really just a case of first come first serve. Speaking of, I wanted to go for Miami Blue but was advised against it as it clashes with the Weissach package & would be a pain in the case of resale. What colours are you all going for? I'm now tied between Lizard Green & GT Silver Metallic. |
