Best I found was $100k over. Also had one offered at $160k over. I have heard of them selling $200k+ over.

feel genuinely bad for anyone that gets caught up in mark up game, especially at this point in the cycle.

Same thing as with the R before the cars started showing up at dealers. They'll build more GT2RSs than they did Rs so I don't see the premiums holding. Not like they won't build a 992 GT2/RS which will be better/faster. This isn't a CGT.

These prices are crazy. I’ll take a 488 Pista any day over those GT2RS ADMs.

I have a friend who placed his order six weeks ago with a local dealer at zero mark-up. When asked, the dealer stated "We don't do that". Perhaps it's an area thing; my nearby dealer, in business since 1955 with VW and then Porsche in 1961 had a standing policy of no dealer mark-up which included their one and only Carrera GT. Evidently greed is widespread but not yet at epidemic levels.
