GT Silver is great but my .1 3RS is that color.

Love GT Silver in a vacuum, but it feels like Silver, White, Lava, Lizard, etc take us back to 997.1, 997.2, 991.1 RSs. A number of the new colors look like so many PTS shades we've seen.
Therefore...
Or...
Of course, even Chalk with black wheels reminds me of some of the PTS gray RSs we've seen. There's always yellow, I suppose, but not sure I'd do it over GR, and my brain sort of reserves it for the 911 in my avatar....

My suspicion is that 991.1 RS > 991.2 RS will be like 997.1 RS > 997.2 RS: Not that big a deal on paper (making for great and terrible forum threads ), but more than that in terms of total performance and (possibly) experience.
The 991.2 Turbo really surprised me, in that I preferred it on back roads to the 991.1 RS (something I have never encountered when it comes to Turbo vs a GT3 of any kind). Then the GT2 RS flat blew me away last year, with its chassis making leaps I did not expect in terms of playability, predictability, and usability on sports car roads...even when they were a little greasy. Man, could that thing put the power down. I'd expect the 991.2 GT3 RS to have learned a great deal from the 991.2 GT2 RS program...and the 991.1 GT3 RS program.
I will be very surprised if they've bungled this RS. In fact, every 991.2 so far has impressed me as a step in the right direction over its direct predecessor in handling/steering/damping terms. Which could make the new RS one to get (not that the existing car is anything other than Porsche's best track-day 911 to date). If I have a concern, it's the 992—and more than that, the generation after that. With each generation of the 911, the GT department gets a new set of challenges to work with. Some new opportunities, too. Could be bad, could be good. I guess it keeps things interesting.

Lizard green looks to be the best bet.
That being said, can we get the side logod in different colors? Can we get the pin stripe wheels in different colors?
Imagine a black car with black/red pin stripe wheels and red side logos. or green, or blue etc.... Same goes for the white car etc... Side logos and wheel pin stripes could be fun.

Wondering why Lava and Miami Blue are still being offered as optional colors again since they scored so low on the GT3. Why not offer another blue and maybe another green. I can bet that
if we had a choice of more shades of green and blue they would be much more popular and a welcome change. Just look at even 13,000 extra on the GT3 PTS how many people wanted something different.
A lot of the GT buyers have had many Porsche cars and want a different color. I am married and don't have to order the same color as my last car so the wife thinks its the same car.

Lizard green is nice but how many will actually go through and get this color? Anyone know whether PTS is available for the .2RS? I heard it will be and that one can choose either Weissach or PTS but not both.

Lava, IMO, shoild have been axed.... heck the UV shoulda stayed. In fact I would have even preferred Carmine over Lava... I admire certain orange colors too but Lava gots to go. Make Signal orange the special color instead. Rant done.
