I have a GT3 allocation and had spec'd British Racing Green which is super close to Irish. Anyway sitting at v180 and got the call that Porsche rejected the PTS. So.... I ordered GT Silver and when I was at the dealer finalizing the new spec noticed an Irish Green Targa manual 4S with 1600 miles on it. Fell in love with it. So I traded my GTS pdk for it which makes sense because I don't really need two GT cars with center locks. I needed a road trip car too - with lug nuts and a top that comes off. Anyway the Targa is terrific fun and Irish Green is just absolutely hard to take your eyes off and it makes me feel better about my PTS on the GT3 which will look super anyway. As usual the folks at Porsche of North Houston made the experience terrific.

Ok, I know I read it somewhere but now can't find it. Can you tell me again which option you have to spec to get the stitching around the vents? Thanks.

Painted vent slats gets you stitched vent surround (the only non-CXX option). Via CXX you can order leather vent slats (which comes with stitched surround), or regular black plastic slats with stitched surround (which is what I did). All are the same $1,720 price.

I posted some more pix at the the start of the thread, taken by the service mgr with his iPhone in the showroom. I won't be able to pick it up for a variety of reasons until the end of the week. Like so many colors, the lighting dramatically alters how it looks. I'll get up some more pix in natural light hopefully by the weekend...
