Default .2 GT3 Q4 Build Date - What V-code Status Are You?

I have an allocation for an October 2018 build and was given the allocation when all calendar year 18 allocations came out last fall. I did not have a commission number until PAG announced all GT3s would be 2018s four weeks ago and the allocations then showed up in the dealers system. I went in to do my build and got a commission number but the status was V110. I only have one CXX type option which had text handling - floor mats with red stitching. Certainly something that is fairly standard and PCNA could have approved immediately. The rest of the car is Black (ie no PTS request), MT, steel brakes, LWBS, leather interior with red stitching, and a number of other standard options. My SA and SM said it should go to V170/180 in a matter of days. It has now been 4 weeks and it is still at V110. I am wondering if anyone else has been stuck at V110 from the beginning?

Because of this, it never populated any estimated dates re production, delivery, etc. I am wondering if it could be related to a question over supply of MT or LWBS at the end of the production cycle? Or worse, concern over being able to build before year end. I thought if others with late builds posted their status, a pattern might show up that would hint at what could be going on (for instance if everyone with PDKs was V170 but all MTs were V110).

I thought V110 means they have to see if what you want is available for production and has to be approved by someone before moving to the next phase....

It is supposed to mean Text Handling required. Normally PCNA has to "approve" it before moving it to V170 for PAG to then sign off. Lots of examples of PTS and CXX option requests where they dropped all the way back to V110 first and then moved up. Mine though never left V110.

That's what I've been told by my dealer. I changed my car's color to Miami Blue a few weeks ago. The car was V200, then reverted back to V110, then a few days later it went back to V200. I just changed the color for a final time and I'm guessing it'll go back to V110 before the order freezes.

Still don't have a commission number for a Sept. production, was in a similar situation in that is was slotted as a MY19 before they announced all were MY18 cars. Hoping to get some answers in the coming weeks - otherwise debating passing on the allocation and going with something preowned and available.

Build is/will be: No PTS/CXX - PDK w/standard interior, standard brakes, etc.

October build V115 forever, since December - Have a crap load of CXX, but now that they cancelled my PTS I’m cutting way back... I think it’s this CXX nonsense that cost me my PTS...

The reality is now it may not be worth waiting for almost another year. There should be a decent shot for earlier builds or a car close to spec on the ground. Whole new ballgame now that PTS is off the table.

Easiest thing to do is call or e-mail PCNA Exclusive and see if they can get the order handler to push it to V170. The CXX option is what holds it in v110 until someone pushes it through. Once it goes to v170, PAG will have it, eventually approve it, and you will get your v200 and production schedule. They are probably not in a rush to "handle" it because it's a late 2018 build.
