Are GT3s with ADM moving off dealer lots?

I just bought a manual GT3 MSRP 175K in Southern CA for 20 over. The guys at Porsche Irvine are spectacular to work with. The car was precisely what I wanted and they even sent the car to my house in San Diego on a flatbed truck, no charge. The guys Porsche of San Diego told me that they walked away from a couple of offers at 25K over sticker.

or
people on rennlist create the hype and buy into it (like fake news) and dealers go along with it and the suckers are rennlist members who read everyone here paying 20k over and they think they have to do the same to be part of the game...
know one really knows....
his specs on car are killer - i believe ~190k msrp.

Regarding Porsche Irvine, the wanted 25K over but ultimately came down to 20K over. They were great to work with and accepted a 3K deposit to hold the car until I got my funds in order.

Irvine seems to be great because they are new, so their business model is likely simple. Receive GT3s from PCNA and list them with an ADM openly, then negotiate on each one. Seems fair to everyone involved and upfront. The GT3s they have received seem to sell fast, so to the OPs question I would wager that most that are for sale with an ADM are selling, and quite "fast" (within a month or so) from what I've seen on dealership lots. AutoTrader and eBay Motors seem to have a recurring few be relisted but those are inventory from a specialty shop rather than Porsche dealer.

Also a difference in ADM for a car already at the dealer vs a customizable build. I have heard of people negotiating down to 20 or 15K ADM for a .2 GT3 at the dealer vs a customizable slot particularly in a desirable month, for which I haven’t seen a SoCal dealer drop below 25K (for a new but local SoCal customer).

Porsche of San Diego called me yesterday about a used 991.2 GT3 they have coming in, traded in on a GT3RS. It has 1127 miles, asking $189,750 (with CPO) for a $163,750 MSRP car. That's a $26K ADM, but might be negotiated down. The last one they called me about a month or two ago had a $40K ADM asking price, so things seem to be trending downward, although I don't know what that one actually sold for. They sell their new allocations to valued customers for MSRP, but their used cars are market priced. I am not a buyer at > MSRP, just throwing this out there FYI. Here's the listing: https://www.porscheofsandiego.com/in...tallic+1729299

Price does seems trending down a little. Park Palace got a used Carrara White one with 2k miles on it and asking about $10k over. MSRP is $168,820 and asking $179,900.

I think trending down on a used one with 2,000miles to $10,000 over MSRP not exactly a trend. If it was brand new what would they be asking??

If you were going to sell within 10k miles, why even accept the car? Even if you bought at MSRP, you're not even covering the TT&L. If I didn't want my GT3, I walk before I accepted it. By taking it, all I've done is doubled the tax the State is getting on the car. Makes no sense.
