Default 991.2 GT3 CCB

This topic has been beaten to death previously (aka get CCB for casual driving and steels for tracking due to replacement value - caveat is minimal brakedust and less noise with CCB). But is the brakedust significant for the steel rotors in this 991.2 gt3? Curious to hear thoughts from current 991.2 gt3 owners with non-black wheels. Also any noise complaints with the steel rotors?

I had platinum with steels. With standard brake pads there was a lot of dust (hooning driving) but it didn't bother me at all. I actually thought it looked kind of cool. With standard or aluminium however I am not so sure if it's going to look cool.
There are different pads that make less dust but I believe it is at the cost of rotor life.

The good thing is that if you put clear coat on wheels then cleaning them is sooo easy.

I love my PCCBs and there is more to it than just the dust. I notice the ride is different and love the modulation. Also after 100 miles the dust is visible while mine look just washed.

The stock brakes and wheels have been totally silent, but they do make a fair amount of dust.

I have enjoyed my 3 past PCCBs on GT cars so am now trying Steels - increased distance to interior barrel and caliper color added to teh calims that Steel & PCCBs have same stopping distances
