Warranty brake work on 991.1 GT3

For the pucks, yes it should be a warranty claim. Pads no, that is a wear item. Assuming you bought the car as is without a CPO then it should just be the pucks they should warranty. As stated the GT3 is covered even after track use. I had the service department ask if I was tracking the car when I had a particular issue, I was, and the response was good, you should be and no worries it's still covered.

FWIW, I've driven on cracked pucks on the track for over 30 track days with no issues. It's not a safety problem.
The cracking occurs from pad tapering. Once you switch to pads that don't taper, the cracking does not progress. Just don't run pads that taper

You don't say whether the original factory warranty is still in effect. Unless it was a high mileage, very early 2014 it should be, and even then an early 2014 would have received the extended Porsche 5 year 100K mile warranty because it would surely have been an engine replacement car.

It shouldn't matter weather the OP's car is CPO'd or not. Unless it's a January 2014 delivery (or has more than 50K miles), it is still under the original factory warranty. Even then, a January 2014 car would almost certainly have had it's engine replaced which means it would have had it's warranty extended to 5 years and 100K miles. This extended warranty applies to the entire car, not just the engine. CPO or not, the OEM warranty is surely still in effect and any warranty eligible brake work should be covered.

If all else fails there are aftermarket pistons.

Cut as in damaged but intact, or was it cut through or intentionally sliced? These are “fail open” if I’m correct, so a fully cut wire would show a brake warning light. If it didn’t that would suggest intentional tampering, which I think would be a whole different ball of wax. Or were the pads damaged but not down to the wear sensors yet?
