991.2 GT3 manual tranny - why so few reviews?
I’ve been trawling YouTube and the net in general looking for credible reviews about the current GT3 with a manual transmission and found relatively few. I know the .2 GT3 PDK was reviewed and covered by journos a fair bit. Why not the .2 manual? Have the likes of Jethro lost their enthusiasm for the car? By all accounts they were all eager to test drive the manual version. Have I been looking in the wrong place?
Is there a gag order in place or are there not enough manual transmission pool cars around?

Winter, old news, no incentive at all for Porsche to pump the car.
The journo trip Peter Stout was on compared the touring manual to the T and that was the last wave of reviews I saw of manual GT3.

Because when the cars first came out, only PDK was available. All the press cars are PDK. Or were. Maybe a couple manual. I've tracked down a few review and they are all positive. There's one on Top Gear website comparing the 911R and 991.2 GTR Manual. There are a couple amateur reviews as well on YT. Very few professional journalist reviews. I really wish someone get hold of two .2 GT3s—one PDK and one 6-speed—and do a side-by-side comparison. But I doubt it'll happen.

The Touring & T test in the south of France on winter tires was exactly how they wanted to launch the Touring, get that puppy filthy on a public road - I'm willing to bet we won't see an OEM test at a track with the GT3 Touring.

Haku,
I think some of the manual GT3 reviews are not in English. I posted this awhile back, not sure if you have seen this video before
He recently added some English subtitles (he had a great 991.1 Gt3 review AKA "getawayer")
Another one I found non-English is as below.

My GT3 Touring is arriving in 2 weeks. I’m no professional road tester but I’m planning on taking some driving videos in the summer.
