Default 14 991 gt3

I am about to own 991.1 gt3. First time owning carrera. And i wanted the badest so i chose a gt3. 991.2 is too much budget. And got a good deal on a 14 model gt3 i guess . Just finishing paperworks and soon will get it. As i said 14 22k miles for $85k. Never been tracked. White/black red stiched with alcantara inserts. Nose lift/crhno / steel breaks/ 20" wheels= barely used cup 2 tyers.

took it to porsche center for check up. Everything is in order. A falt came regarding the cooling system and dealer said the lid wasnt closed when they were checking the car thats why this falt appeard ... anyways . I have mentioned that they need to check if there are any recalls as they call campaign for this vehicle and said nope nothing. whuch worries me a bit cuz reading in this forum that E engines has issues which was recalled by porsche . Guess what the vehicle i am buying is an E which is the 10th vin digit. The car has no warranty theirfore i have to own the car for 3 monthes to buy warrenty.
- if engine fails in the 3 monthes period owning the car will it be replaced by porsche?

WOW that's cheap! Especially considering you have that engine warranty. Are there any other deals like this out there? I might pick up another lol.

Sorry, that's OT but, good job OP. Enjoy the hell out of the car.

I am assuming you do not live in the U.S. based on the license plate holder on the car. What do the .2GT3 cost new where you live?

Since you are located in UAE make sure to join our group

https://www.porschegtclub.com

There is a GT3 in the group for sale white like the one you are looking at it is for sale at 400,000 AED but the engine was just replaced less than 5,000 km with a G engine so if that looks good to you and in your budget i would go for that

The 991.1 GT3 market in the GCC is much lower than any where else in the world bought a 991.1 from Saudi Arabia for 102,000 $ with just 20k kilometres with carbon buckets. The general value of a 991.1 is around 120000$ much less than anywhere else worldwide.

Curious, why are these cars are less expensive in the UAE? Last I looked, this country's global per capital GDP was in the mid 90's percentile. What am I missing? Is there some very high import tax?

i'd imagine the much harsher environment causes more wear & tear concerns which lead to lower values.

Incredible deal at 85k! If you don't enjoy the car, export it to the US and make a cool $40k profit, haha!
