I find Rennlist contributors have very good humor at times so I’m not surprise about the laughing. Could be we are part of an experiment and the jokes on us.

My company once paid a consultant to guide us through a planning process but it became clear in hindsight, at least to me, we were part of an elaborate experiment. The consultant got his behavior data and we paid for it.

Ah hilarious. This is going to get good!
Any branded consumer-oriented product organization that doesn't have at least a listening mechanism via social media such as this site is completely missing understanding elements of their core consumer, therefore learning from them. It should of course be part of their mix of considerations versus a leading element. They will be here for sure. So P Top Brass; why the PTS smoke and mirrors? here we go....

I know several PCNA employees that are on here regularly and some post. I don't know about PAG but I suspect they are on here to. If you were a Porsche employee and part of the marketing or engineering teams, wouldn't you want to know what your customers are saying?

I agree, it must be highly entertaining for them to read all the dribble, whining, speculation and just plain wrong information that come out on these boards. LOL. I'm sure I have helped contribute to their good times too..... lol

Yes they are here. Like aliens. Interactive with us, guiding and shaping our garages one snarky comment at a time.

My coworkers and I used to get some good laughs about how far from the truth some forum posts were. Especially the ones claiming to have first hand knowledge.
