Go look at Matt’s white RS. 700 miles and it SOLD for $10k over from a dealer. That is real world right now. I love the one a dealer posted on here for almost $40k over and said it will sell fast, yeah right. Dreaming.....

My buddy's RS just sold last week for $227,000. I think it had a $215,000 sticker. His car had a few thousand miles on it with a couple of Porsche CXX options. I think you can buy .1 RS for right around MSRP depending on mileage now.
