There is N0 on .1 GT3 which is about the same as N1 on .1 RS but grippier than N0 on 918, and then there is N1 on .2 gt3 which is definitely not the same as N1 on RS but likely the same as N2 on RS and 918, and grippier than N0 or the RS N1 but possibly without loss in longevity (that TBD).
There is also non-N MPSC2 variety which is practically the same as N0 GT3/N1 RS, and then there is so-called Corvette-spec, which is named the same but is pretty much a different tire with almost no grooves and a different compound, and that lasts like 4 quick sessions before it loses grip - a Hoosier in disguise.
I wish they just had color markings and grip scale like race tires.

I wish Michelin or Pirelli would make a 325-35-19 or a 305-35-19 in Cup2/R for the GT3. The car could really benefit further from a taller rear tire to match up with a 265-35-19 front. At it currently stands, when you run 265-35-19 and 325-30-19, it's harder to get some rake in the car, and the super low ride heights only make things harder with a .2 for any street driving, now that it has a diffuser.
I plan to use 19's but wanted something I could drive to the track with, and currently that gives me an option of regular Cup-2's (which we know are slower than new N1 Cup2 on .2), or Trofeo-R's....both of which have the less than ideal downsize. I wish more companies would provide more correct 19" downsize from 20". Hell, I'd rather run 245-40-19 and 305-35-19 just to retain some freaking ride height, instead of the commonly used 265-35 and 325-30-19 setups.
