I had mine bypassed and it is still quite when you keep your revs down.

It looks like the brushed aluminum package does NOT include the trim strip on the doors. Only the dash trim strip is aluminum.

Yes, it will stay quiet bypassed under the 3/4k rpm that opens the valves. With it bypassed, you can force the valves open full-time and get the audible benefit of bypass thru entire rpm range. If u force valves open with stock center muffler it is a drone/fart can in lower rpms.

No, I had my valves bypassed and have the sharkwerks. It does NOT DRONE AT ALLL at least in the manual. ZERO DRONE AT ALL. The 991.1 GT3 however that is a different story.

I think he is conveying it will drone with the Stock rear muffler on but not with a rear bypass if you have the valves bypassed

Possibly but at least it is clarified with bypass. Need to be clear on these things since so few are in the cars yet.

That's because you don't have the leather package. If you get leather it extends to doors

My Touring is due into Benicia on 1/5. After sitting in Emden for exactly a month, I hope it get's to the dealer quickly.
If I were you, I'd head over to Sailor Jack's near the Benicia pier, have a Green Flash Double IPA, and watch your "ship" come through the Carquinez Straits.

The steering wheel of course is smaller, and to me it seems the initial turn in had become significantly sharper compared to .1 It is a variable ratio steering, they might have made the initial turn a little quicker to compensate for the smaller wheel? Not sure, but my brother drove it and had the same thought, sharper initial turn in. Would appreciate other’s impressions on this, it may just be subjective.
Tires, or even the feel of tires before break-in?

Great idea! Why didn’t I think of this?
