I did it. Not ruined.

[QUOTE=Mr. Vanos;15166804]Been trying to post photos but my newborn has deservedly had 100% of my attention - both him and my car arrived the same day and I've only had the chance to drive the car once. In any case, here you go. Lava/Lava with extra options. You'll notice the vents have black stitching instead of lava - that is not how it was supposed to come. Someone somewhere made a mistake and my dealer is working with Porsche to remedy the issue - it could easily take months to resolve this I'm sure. Maybe I'll get a PTS slot for my 3RS over this haha.

Same thing happened to a friends Turbo S Cab wrong stitching in the same vents !!, they decided it was easier to order a new car for him, they loaned him a new 991.2 4S at no charge.

I'll be removing the warning tags on the visors of my car in the next few weeks. Happy to document the process if anyone is interested.

Wow that's some service! But yes I'm sure that's easier on a Turbo S Cab. I wasn't going to wait for another car and I doubt that would have even been an option here. The fix will take a month or two but it will come from the factory and the dealer will do the swap. Unfortunate but certainly not the end of the world and not going to stop me from driving this car!

It will be a lot longer than a month or two...

Cant blame you, I'd keep the same car and get it rectified. You'd think it would be a pretty quick fix though.

Yep, ask your SA to put you in direct touch with Exclusive. They absolutely can take a drawing as long as it meets the rough dimensions (I can measure the area for you, or find an email with the dimensions).

PCNA gives the dealers a ridiculous paper form which is worthless. In reality you'll end up sending your image file to the person you work with in Exclusive. Just an attachment in an email... the way it should be.

With regard to fonts they're quite flexible, but they are not allowed by PAG to use the Porsche font used by the factory for the typical lettering. Two other Porsche corporate fonts are available, though, if I remember correctly.

Convoluted process, but so worth it.

If anyone could confirm coverage for this option with a delivered car, I'd greatly appreciate it.

*Center Console Tunnel Sides in Leather $1,020*

Questions:
1. Does it include BOTH upper and lower trim pieces (piece above the speaker that runs up to meet the upper dash and the piece below the speaker that runs along the floor) in leather?
2. Is there deviated stitching involved?

I can answer #2: it’s black stitching.

It's not a big deal, I can order from elsewhere, but I think it shows there are glitches and bugs in the system, maybe similar to what caused your stiching color troubles.
One bonus to getting them from Suncoast is that they don't come with the airbag stickers on them. I might have paid more to Suncoast than if I had ticked the option on my build sheet, but I like the fact that mine don't have that sticker because I would have been too lazy to do anything otherwise...

OP - awesome car, hope to see you on the roads/canyons

Jealous of those door straps. Not possible via CXX anymore (only a couple got through early on) due to some bogus issue regarding window sealing mechanism.
