Your deviated stitching is very close to the standard platinum stitching. However the ugly seat stripe is deleted by choosing any color deviated stitching, that alone is worth it to me.

What is the difference between the $3500 option and the CXX route? Just more colors available?

No additional stitching colors available via CXX. I already tried to get a real green (not the Acid Green, which can barely be discerned from yellow).

Are you sure about that? My understanding is that the seat stripe is not deleted with the deviated stitching option.
