To your point, I posted this in another thread.
In addition to the funky pea-shooter pipes, the exhaust itself does not appear to resemble a 991.2 GT3 exhaust.
Opens the door to lots of speculation

They do this intentionally to drive the community nuts with speculation and enthusiasm...... Highly effective.

That is scaring me. Why test with the smallest tips ever put on a modern GT car. My cleaning lady confirmed 100% it was a GT car.

Did previous Speedsters have manually operated tops?
yes. Somewhat cumbersome operation.

FWIW, A. Cup cars have had smaller tips for quite some time (though the new 991 cups do seem to finally be up to 89mm) and B. they are VERY AWARE of what tips they put on test cars save a couple of entertaining oops stories, but none that are really with the sexy cars...they fine tooth the GT mules pretty damn well.

RSR has relatively small tips too - a non-issue

No sense speculating about these small details on a non finished car

That most people who want it will not be able to get without a big ADM. Mute point discussing the exhaust tips. Let's talk about expected ADMs for the car.

I think that the car in substance is what we see in the pics.
Probably just little surprises regarding the front and the rear bumpers (looking what happened for the .2 Gt3 Rs).
Too many GT in the same range are killing the model.
They want to exploit everything and everyone until the end, but this presages the end of the NA, probably.
