another parts bin - with even less parts.
open words: i don´t understand why a open 911 can be something desirable. you have to bleed 911 to buy a 911 as cab.
so many better looking cabrios/roadster/etc exist out there. (f.e.: a Seven, Mono, Radical, Ultima Can Am, Formel cars,... )
but in 2018/2019 on the other hand. - Where could you get something as the speedster will be?
open, NA, MT(?),...

unfortunately , this magical aligning means nearly all of these " 1948 " 70th anniv tributes will be hermetically sealed in dark corners literally and figuratively of its owners' passive longer term 10-25 year investments

Current availability structure for these cars makes them nothing more than curiosities to be discussed over a whiskey and cigar.

20-30 yrs from now the normally aspirated Carrera GT and the GT Speedster ( including the potential for a 992.1 or .2 version since we know there will likely be a na 992 GT3 at least for .1 ) and will be prized and priced as the last of the manual-transmissioned " analog -experience " supercar series and 911 series of the Porsche sports cars

Huracan has no soul or personality to me. It a rebranded r8
Turbo S is great in a straight line but sounds like a vacuum and is too “soft for me”, but it can take the kids in the back with is a big plus.
Performante Spyder and you have a solid point, but that has flappy paddles, like all the others you mentioned.

Wouldnt the Touring fall into this category as it it quite rare also?
Also aren’t there many Porwche enthusiasts what don’t like convertibles?
I am not critising, just wondering as I can’t keep all the 991 GT cars long term as I want to try and grab a CGT. I am daily debating on which to let go down the line. All will be driven before one or possibly two are let go.

May I ask why you chose these two specifically?

the opposite is true for " everyday " 911s where values of 1983-on 911s are higher for coupes than cabs because of the former's pure iconic side profile ( and also because the cab top's profile up and esp down looked like *%#^ ! before the 991 )
