Or with RS engine and carbon fenders will it be simply 10k more than an RS and still a lot cheaper than a GT2? Thoughts?
If I had to make a guess.... somewhere between a well optioned GT3RS and a base GT2RS. In other words, around 250k. That is just a guess.

probably right, in reality it should be no more than a GT3 RS. Price premium to temper world demand.

997 speedster was what, $204k? $225k sounds close, but if anything light, but $250k is maybe a bridge too far.

Price is why I don’t think there will be huge ADMs. A top down manual GT3 for an extra $80k?

I'm guessing around 100k ADM? It's limited, open top and pretty effing cool. I wish I can my hands on one.

You can get a 2RS at $100k ADM. A 3RS at $30k ADM. And a GT3 at $20k ADM.

I also wonder what happens if they announce a GT3 cab at $159k base to screw the flippers like they did with the touring and the 911R.

That's a possibility. But the day I see GT3 Convertible, I will expect GT3 Targa then Cayenne GT3 and etc...

I hate how Porsche is expanding its 911 line-up just like how Omega does it with their watches. They should keep things simple.

I'd go with option 2 above.

$225-250K before options and ADM full monte PTS CXX, assuming available, plus ADM over $300K

They should just open the PTS floodgates. I mean why offer any real choice of standard colors at all, just be like in comes in silver or red or $12,830 PTS Take rate on PTS would be 30%. $7.5m in revenue. Offer leather to sample as an option (not the crazy CXX process) and you would have more takers.

"Over" 500hp, CFRP body panels, 21" wheels front & rear - perhaps it's not "just" a top down GT3 at inflated prices. Plus there are photos of another GT3 mule with normal cabriolet body so that's possibly coming also.

Dear me! I find it difficult to imagine that Porsche would be able to accommodate all of these products in their production.. especially with 992 production overlap.

That's a ****load of models to fit in between end of 991 cycle and beginning of 992. Any updates on GT3 Cab? Last one I see is 5 months ago.

Could be a Speedster mule I.e they tried a couple of different types before settling on the Spyder style one.

My thoughts exactly. Makes no sense to shove in two very similar models at the end.

If speedster is gonna be 520bhp with CF elements from .2 RS, I want it baaaaaaad.
