regarding the second .2GT3RS run. (2019 model) i think this second run will be only for NA+ROW based on needed filter for EU. and no EU model after Aug.2018. same as GT2RS.
therefore US+ROW will get the main part of units in the second run - and EU in the first run till August.
(this all just about the .2GT3RS)

Speedster can have the 4.0 with filter. 500hp are fine.
no need for toptop 520hp...

USA will get some of 991.2 GT3RS production this calendar year 2018, as a MY2019 model. The lucky ones who orders early for 2018 delivery will not get the filter for 2018 delivery.

This is similar to the backup camera issue, dependent upon when the regulation takes into effect and when the car is actually made.

Not sure how much effect the filter effect will have on performance. For those going with PTS which delays delivery will surely be affected. Does anyone have any idea?

If US cars require no filter to pass local regs, will they get the filter anyway after the break or continue without filter?

My dealer is a top ten dealer. Everything they have told me so far have been true and accurate.

With regard to the Particulate Filter (PF), what they shared with me is that 991.2 GT3RS that gets "delivered" here in the USA this calendar year 2018 will for sure not have the PF. However, when calendar year 2019 rolls in, when that Euro-6 takes into effect, USA buyers should not be surprised if their MY 2019 991.2 GT3RS have the PF already in place. Maybe CJ or others can chime in, but so far this is what I have gathered.
