Car at looks very svelte in the flesh. The rear bumps are particularly well done. Although, silver is not the best colour for this car....nor is the white. Would look a whole lot better in a dark colour.
And, BTW, this is not the production car. Lots of little things will not make it to production. And you will not see the car in production until 2019.

Any idea what won’t make the production version and when it will be on the configurator?
Vents between the humps, Porsche light on wind blocker, mirrors..and some debate on the wheels. And it is an RS engine.
Basically almost everything that makes it look different to a GT3 Convertible. Aside from the humps, the mirrors, wheels, fuel cap in centre and are what make it look unique
previously, there were spy photos bouncing around of what appeared to be a GT3 touring cabriolet. are their thoughts that there will be a speedster AND a GT3 touring cabriolet? or is the cabriolet thing not going to happen?
Looks like Speedster will come manual. I wonder if they will offer PDK as an option. Sure sounds like s another "fun car", open top, stick shift, with that RS motor.
No, they are saying the 911r engine was right there for them to use, and it could have been a host of others, including the 991.2 gt3rs. But he did smile a bit when he said 911r...about 5 times. Wonder why he doesn't say, "like a Gt3 touring without a top" instead each time...
