I think there is a rule that the color couldn't be used for 7 years, even as PTS.

No one knows yet. I am sure you could replace the exhaust including the filter, but the question is whether the engine will throw a check engine light without it. That is, whether the calibration of the downstream O2 sensors need to see the filter. Removing cats will throw a code and even some high flow cats throw a code so who knows what removing the filter would do.

a GT3 in club Blau has already surfaced, which was a huge disappointment for all of us Club Coupe owners. The color is absolutely stunning in person, and agree, would be great on a speedster. 🤔

Whatever time frame was before, it is no where near seven years as Brewster appeared well before that as well as the Chinese special edition turbo gold. Maybe you could order a non-GT3RS is lizard now (although I am not sure why you would want to Glebgrun is available and very close).
Club Blau lives on the “secret” list. For example, boardman blue (as seen on the Manhattan Porsche Turbo S) is not on any list I have seen, but is presumably available and Mamba green is available (as seen on a Cayman).
Anyway, I hope PTS is available on speedster and I hope people do some in original speedster colors.

Supposedly 1948 units will be made & they will look pretty much exactly like the prototype. Starts at 5:00
