I heard from a cleaning lady the car will be officially announced around September with deliveries in early 2019.

Lets share some info good people

I have heard on this forum it will be announced at Goodwood in July as a 70th anniversary, 1948 units

Goodwood makes sense, but 1948 units doesn’t seem very limited. Wasn’t the 911R less than 1,000 units?

I don't think they will make a road car as limited as the R again for a while, for various reasons.
1948 is my bet, from various rumors.

I suppose I'd have one if I were a collector. But they're always pretty ugly.

Eye of the beholder I guess. I did question the aesthetics when thinking about how big the car is and covering the rear seats.

For sure, but shocked at nearly 2,000 produced. How many exclusive turbos were produced? This is a shocking number.
