Not a scam - just a problem with the stupid center-lock wheels. They fall off if you miss even one of the 657-step installation and inspection process . . .

Geez, if you're truly going for the super lightweight, no wheels option, at least spec PCCB brakes. I do believe if you go CXX, you can also get deviated edging on the four cinder blocks that come as part of this package.
