Sat in this car Friday when I was picking up my 991 from service. As you would expect with 300 miles it's absolutely like new. In speaking to Gerald Tito, I am not 100% sure of the price but it sounded like it was slightly over MSRP. Not a smoking deal but it's an MT and it's available now...
No afilliation just wanted to give a shout out to a beautiful car.
On on another note, I was shocked that the clutch was noticeably lighter than in my 991 C2S. The shifter feels much like the GT4 swapped unit in my car although with one fewer forward gate it's much easier to slot gears since the gates are spaced further apart.

It’s in the classifieds. $200k.

I like Agate. Surprised it's still available.

Great dealer and SA aside, since this is not the FS thread why are people surprised? Price alone, not getting into "the dealer can ask whatever the market will allow or this is a really great dealer", price only $200K for a $178 build and you are not the first owner. At that point wouldn't you move to an RS? If so many on here are against ADM's for a NEW car you would certainly be against a $22K premium on a used car. I for one am not surprised at all it is still FS. It will eventually sell at market value, whatever that is.
Having said that it is a great build if you like manual, the previous owner had good taste.

Turn it into a Touring and watch it sell by end of day.

Will be interesting to see how long these sit before they move. Dealer paid a premium for this car.

Oh oh! Is the market softening? Or as someone indicated it is competing, price wise, with an RS. At the height of craziness .1s were moving faster than the speed of light, which paved the way to steep market adjustments. Just saying... let's keep an eye on this one, maybe a good bellweather.

I don't understand how anyone who actually wanted the car (beyond using as an investment for resale) would turn the car back into the dealer with 300 miles. Wish they would have just given up their build slot to the next in line

Who knows. Could have been an unexpected life event that rearranged priorities, financial or otherwise. The fact that he just sold it right back to the dealer and unwound the deal tells me they weren't in it for the flip. Beyond that, who knows.

or they bought it to keep their status at the dealership as a "good customer," buy at MSRP dealer makes $ sell back to dealer and then they sell for more than MSRP and make money again...
