$1,060 or so if I recall correctly. But I thought it would match the interior carbon fiber nicely.

Same here. Was told it will be ~680 Euros and come with the silver top, as opposed to the black one in the R.

Apparently PAG has now re-reversed their stance on 911 R style side stripes for the 991.2 GT3.
I had been asking about this for a while and had only been hearing crickets back.
Just yesterday I received confirmation of availability along with pricing for my Touring build from Porsche Cars Canada Ltd. working with Exclusive Manufaktur Atlanta.

The "Porsche" side stripes are normally available via the Porsche Tequipment program, also in the US. Cost: 387 Dollars and 7 cents!

I misinterpreted, oops.
Anyway, Porsche will factory install (and include as a CXX on your certificate of authenticity) for only ~$1,000.00 extra.

Did they send you any pictures of what it would look like? I was expecting black top like 911R.

Suncoast has the shifter as a post purchase option I plan on going with if I can get an allocation. I have no interest in a CF **** with silver instead of the black:

It’s not clear if it will be silver on top yet if ordered via CXX... working to get that clarified.

The advantage of ordering via CXX is thy said they could do the carbon shifter with alcantara sides and boot to match the alcantara wheel (as opposed to the leather 911R shifter).

I assume the **** separates from the boot so you could reuse your old boot? Or no?

Yes, the boot can be swapped if needed. You just can't swap the sides of the **** as far as I can tell.

I was told NO again to my shift **** in CF. Re-confirmed today from CXX. They said my timing was too early - ugh
Oh well - see what it looks like with alcantara and acid green stitching first.

if you go with the R style **** CXX, it will have a silver top. Tried to debate with exclusive in Stuttgart, but no way.
