9 lbs, 8.8 lbs, 5.9lbs........sounds like my weight loss goals before the final race at Watkins Glen in 2 weeks! LOL

All I wanted to add was a big THANK YOU!! To all of you who have ordered our GMG Center Section over the past 11 years, whether it was our first to market product back in 2007 on the then new 997.1 GT3, or the current RECORD orders we have received this year for our tried and true GMG Center Section for your 991.1 / 991.2 GT3 or 991.1 RS / 991.2 RS......I hope you have enjoyed the experience with our Team at GMG (most of you know Dom) and if you ever need anything at anytime, Dom and I are always available, that's why we put our emails in our signature and I will add it here as well! James@gmgracing.com

Cheers and happy motoring!

P.S. I hope to see many of you at Rennsport, we will have a booth up there as well as a few cars participating, so please come by!

I can't comment on a change in performance as it's been on since the start, but love the quality of the product. One note of caution, the race headers obviously push the exhaust gases straight through the (stock) muffler red hot (yes it shoots flames), which means it takes a beating. My OEM-muffler now failed after 12k km, so you would need their lifetime muffler to be bulletproof, or go for a central muffler bypass to complement the headers. But given how LOUD the setup is even with the OEM central muffler in place, I wouldn't recommend going the bypass route for the central muffler in combo with the race headers.

Sounds awesome, and yup, time for a lifetime muffler!

Catted or Race "long tube" headers, valved side deletes and a lifetime center, quiet or loud. Best power gains, weight savings and longevity!

How do you avoid the CEL with catless headers? I wanted to order race headers from you guys, but didn't want to deal with the CEL.

Since we last spoke there have been 02 simulators made available that work with the iPE system.

Looking forward to updates regarding the .2 GT3 race headers and potential cel in the US.

While I was waiting for my tune to get sorted on CEL removal, I put a smiley face sticker over my CEL from the race headers. It's a win win, no CEL and it's positive reinforcement encouraged me to drive even faster

The wait for our 991.2 is maddening. It's been at the dealer for 2 months now waiting on a new engine. We have many programs waiting on it's return, and they're saying mid Sept...
