I'm afraid its not done, and few first cars will be sitting at the port.....
This is exactly what I have heard from my SA.... CARB not yet completed and may delay to mid September

Mhhh... not that I have lot of trust in PCNA (they failed me badly before -to the point they were plain irritating-)... but called them, gave my VIN and they "confirmed" its both EPA and CARB certified.
Anyone can confirm or deny ?
(I'll feel better if someone in this forum confirms )

I was told that CARB was done in one shot for all these cars and that it is not an issue.

My 991.2 GT3 had no issues with CARB and I don't expect anything with my RS.

Can someone of the Multi Pcar and multi generation owner group of members here please explain to me why a 991.2 GT3 Touring carries a $30K premium over sticker, after being joyfully driven by probably dealer execs for about 1500 miles before being offered for sale as 'new' for over $200K?? I can no longer speak of water cooled as only currently drive air cooled 993WBs and 964, but as the 992 generation approaches I may or may not consider other options for what is speculated to be the last manual transmission offering of Porsche. Will post this on the 991 forum as well but since many here have 993s and 991s or other would like to be further educated. Thank you.

Over at the GT2RS topic there is a video of Lars talking some numbers and confirming that the 2rs and .2 3rs Ring times were done with the cup r's, plus 6 to 8 seconds for the n2's on both cars. Here is part of the results posted over there and what Lars was talking about in times. Makes more sense, I always thought the .2 3rs wouldn't be a sub 7 second car on N2's but still 8 seconds faster than the .2 3 on same tires.

this was posted on the GT2RS thread- \/
These would appear to be the times with what Lars is saying.
...................Porsche 991.2 GT2 RS: 6:47.30 (Cup2 N2 R)
Lamborghini Huracán Performante: 6:52.01 (special design Trofeo R)
...................Porsche 991.2 GT3 RS: 6:56.40 (Cup2 N2 R)
...................Porsche 991.2 GT2 RS: ~6:55.30 (8+ secs with Cup2 N2)
......................Porsche 918 Spyder:
6:57.00 (Cup2 N0 Eco)
...................Aventador LP750-4 SV: 6:59.73 (Pirelli P Zero Corsa, similar to Cup2 I believe)
.....................Porsche 991.2 GT3 RS: ~7:04.40 (8+ secs with Cup2 N2)
.........................Porsche 991.2 GT3:
7:12.70 (Cup2 N2)

^^ Exactly.

It also explains the initial report about them running N0, as that was originally on the 918.
The new MPSC2 N0 is the actual mystery R super duper tire..

Found an allocation for a Less than 50K ADM. Best I'm going to be able to get but this is a early '19 delivery. Anyone have any news on Weissach Package buildability?
