Photo off Instagram. LG 3 RS vs Viper Boxster. LG really pops next to Viper.

"Entry into body shop expected 8/3/18.
Isn't the factory closed then? Weird.

By the way those judging LG by pics just see it in person. It's stunning. I'm not specing it but if I wanted a green I wouldn't hesitate.
Also stop worrying so much about color lol

My dealer told me similar dates, how did you get a copy of your order and dates?

You can ask your dealer to send a PDF of the Tracking Sheet.

As a photographer, and having just been to Weissach last week- if Gelbgrun was the Voodoo Blue Of greens (saturation) then Lizard is like Golf Blue. It's gorgeous to me, just like Gelbgrun is gorgeous to me. I do not like the Irish Green or BRG as much...they look mopier in person (GT2RS at Weissach)

The major difference between Voodoo and Golf, is that Golf must be clean to be fully appreciated. Likewise- If Lizard is dusty it will look a lot less saturated vs Gelbgrun.

The lizard interior is very aggressive but I like t as well. I think the guys that order the LG interior on NON-LG cars will be big winners at C+C for having the guts to do the weird spec right. Not in red ext, but black/silver/white especially.

This is a great post and perfect analogy (at least to me with a voodoo gt4). I’m excited for the LG exterior but debate on the LG interior/LG wheels. I suppose I’m lucky as my build doesn’t lock until 10/29 so I should have the chance to see a car prior to then.

Of course, I’m shooting for PTS once again. A PTS GT4 and PTS RS would be the perfect P car garage.

Exactly, I made the deal on the 23rd of April around 10am and within a few hours I had the Build and tracking sheet sent as PDF files via e-mail......maybe took 3 hours to get all the paperwork. Just need to ask.

Man looking at your long list of prior Porsche models you are quite the devotee. My experience extends back ~ 9 months. Hope Porsche does not disappoint, and I can tout a similar long list of Porsches in the future.

Yes this is common throughout the world to include the EU and in the US. For the US market, the DOT requires that all tires made post-2000 has a "Born on Date" which is four digits (prior to this, the digits were three digits). The first two digits 01-52 reference the calendar week and the second two digits reference the year. If a tire was made this week, the "Born on Date" would be 1918. This is how you know once a tire has exceeded 6 years of age and should be immediately discarded regardless of their use or lack of use.

Thanks. I converted to Porsche from BMW 13 years ago and never looked back. Converted my wife from MB to Porsche 4 years ago so now a total Porsche family. That being said, there are some folks on this forum that have an unbelievable lineage with Porsche - much respect. I think this speaks to how Porsche has been able to evolve without truly diluting but in fact enlarging their base.

Just hope my Porsches turn out to be reliable cars........I see so many Porsche for sale with such low mileage. Funny because I sold a Honda Accord in the recent past with 357K miles and still going strong.......just routine maintenance.
