They never got a decent lap in with the .1RS until Manthey made it work eventually.

Maybe that’s why they never got it setup right, had rubbing problems and never published setup numbers.
you can get the numbers now, along with the after market mods from Manthey...

Looks like this time it may be different.

anyone with a GT2RS looked in the manual for track setup numbers?

Maybe WP VS non WP laptimes?
or cheat and run only the lightest WP, we can’t get in the US..

unfortunately Porsche in their ultimate wisdom will not allow you to have a green mark without the full LG interior package - same with the stitching

Bummer. I guess yellow is close enough.

Peter,
The .2 GT3 and GT2RS manuals are combined. In the circuit racing section there are no specifics except to say the tires rubbing on the wheel wells are not a problem.

Maybe the rolled the genders a bit more.
rubbing was a problem with the .1RS..

Sad they can’t be bothered at least with a basic recommended setup..

Just like everyone says, it has too much green in it. Oh, it was about Miami Blue. Nevermind.

I'm on the fence between LG and GT Silver (getting old). No WP either way.

That sound is nuts in the GTR
a but manufactured but it does sound cool.

the GTR is more like a 2WD TT.
I’m very excited about the Black Series, or sending a GTR to Renntech as they are local to me.
Renntech is working on a brake package.

Do you know if there are any cooling issues with the GT R?

I sent him a link to the seat angle recliner brackets. He seemed interested.

Ran all day at a Hockenheim with no cooling issues. Brake issues, yes.

I have both cars too and it’s a tough choice. I can understand why he might make the choice he did. If I was forced to pick one, it would be the GT3 but the more time I spend in the GTR, the more it grows on me. If they had better brakes, the decision might swing the other way. Oh, and the GTRs buckets are miles better than the GT3s.

those in the MB GT R are regular Recaro PP i guess
(which i also love in my E46M3 (fitted via aftermarket))

but i can´t say the Recaro PP are better than the 918 seats or the folding buckets.
