Default Can anyone confirm that the .2 and .1 brakes are identical?

Hello Gents,

I have a customer abroad who is looking to purchase a set of our AP Racing J Hook discs for his .2 GT3. Everything I've read or seen states that there aren't any changes to the .2 brake system when compared to the .1 setup. Can anyone definitively confirm that? We haven't gotten our hands on a .2 yet unfortunately.

More specifically, I'd really like to know if the front and rear discs, pads, calipers, and spindles are the same. Any or part of that info would be very helpful.

Thank you very much!

I thought in one of the intro videos AP mentioned that there were improvements made to the calipers to reduce friction of movement and reduce the chance of the pad staying in contact with the disc?

You may want to explore that route...

The info given out on these changes are always so fuzzy though. AP also stated at the intro of the GT4 that the wheels were forged, but ultimately they went with cast.
