Default GT3 Touring Chassis

I'm in the process of finalizing my build and a question came up with my wife about the stiffness of the ride in the touring edition.

I have heard that the Chassis is the same as the regular GT3 but have also heard that it is "the same as the R" in an interview on line.

Here is the description of the touring package drivetrain from the config.

6-speed GT Sport manual transmission, dual-mass flywheel adapted for 4.0 liter engine, self-adjusting dual-disc clutch. Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV) including mechanical differential lock with asymmetrical locking (30% Traction / 37% Overrun)

I would think they would soften up the ride in the touring edition. Do any of these features do just that?

None of them have anything to do with the chassi/suspension.

It remains a mystery as to whether the touring suspension is changed from the non-touring. Since there is no mention of a change, I am assuming it is the same.

A little more searching and found this.

"The powertrain and chassis are identical on all 911 GT3 vehicles with manual transmission, including models equipped with the Touring Package."

Not going to be softer like the R. If your wife nixes things, I'll gladly pay you Tuesday for your Touring allocation today.

I'm 99 percent sure it's going to be the same or incredibly similar as the standard GT3...but Ill report on it when I get delivery of a T in December VS the R if it's not snowing...

You will get it in December? Congrats. That would probably be the first batch from the factory. I don't think they are even building until November.

They just started building them ahead of schedule. Was scheduled to start November 6. Started this week.
