New GT3/GT2RS Leads With/Without ADM

Three Wheelin'
Just passing this along. No affiliation. Bought my Touring from them. My dealer has a GT2 RS in Guards Red, WP, no MAG wheels, wheels are the gold color. Car is stunning in Guards Red. MSRP is $323. They want $100K ADM. I believe they would be very flexible on the ADM.

They actually seem to have ticked up a bit. Not sure there are any left under $30k, maybe $20k. Oh, and no more PTS.
My SA called me today (everyone at the dealer had a chuckle about me preordering all season tires from service for my GT3 and he was giving me a hard time about ordering all season tires for a car that won’t arrive for 45 days) and suggested a GT2 for my dream manual conversion GT2. I told him I would wait for the price to come down and pick up a preowed at some point, but I needed to keep dry powder for a speedster.

If the allocation stop, im not worried. There would be a lot of CPO low miles RS in 3 years.
But my 2 dealers just said there would be by january till 3rd quarter of next year.

I just called Porsche Beverly Hills. The sales manager said they are asking 250 over msrp beause this is the end of the run on GT2RS's. He said he is only getting one car out of the last 69 GT2RS's to be built for North America and that Porsche has converted these 69 cars to 2019 models.

I was quite surprised by his asking price: I figured it would be high but not 250 over msrp. However, having lived down there prior to moving to Northern California, I know there is a lot of crazy money down there and I think there is a chance BH will get their asking price. Also, I talked to Porsche Bellevue today about the 2 GT2RS's they have. The SA told me they ares sold, but that one of the cars may become available if the gentleman backs out of the purchase and that if that happens the dealership will ask 200 over MSRP. Beverly Hills and Bellevue are two of the most affluent cities in the country but I think those ADM's are outliers considering the market, in general, seems to be around 100-150 over.
