White manual car at Irvine Porsche today - $171k MSRP - asking $35k ADM. Had a chalk manual and red pdk - with $35k/$25k ADM respectively 2 weeks ago - both have been sold. Have a silver pdk car coming in soon as well. All their cars seem to be $170k to $180k MSRP.

I don't know what the final sale price was, but from my understanding Porsche of Stevens Creek had two GT3s that an SA told me sold recently when I stopped by last night (1 Rhodium Silver and 1 Carmine Red), both were asking for $30k over

Thought I'd pass this one along because Michael Siegel over at Legend Autorama (New York) seems like a great person to do business with. Overall, a nice spec (manual) but the car just wasn't for me. Asking ADM but open to all offers.

This car will never sell. He just keeps chasing the market down. I made an offer at MSRP a while back, no go. Now it is below and still not sold. I think this car has been for sale for about a year. It was the perfect spec for what I wanted.
