Yep they sure do and it will continue to sit there at that asking. No new news from this dealer.

I was at Beverly Hills Porsche today to see the 3x Lizard WP they have (asking $50k ADM) and I have to say Ramin was super nice and professional, but at the end of the day it's disappointing to see Porsche allowed them to build their own GT cars that should have been customers cars. It is what it is, but let's just acknowledge the fact Porsche knows what's going on and is part of it.
Most dealers were trying to sell the build at ADM...didn't get it and the car locked.....and most dealers built them green with a bunch of frilly options
The green cars are sitting longer than any color right now....its supply and demand and there is more green cars than anything
I turned one down at MSRP this week...$239K MSRP....crazy how bloated it was ordered. And before anyone ask...the car is $20K ADM if interested (ill pass it on), but repeat customers get MSRP....that is how this dealer plays the game. If you buy it and flip it you no longer play the game.

Three Wheelin'
Quick question to those who are ordering and expecting delivery this year March or April for a 2019 991.2 GT3RS. The configuration states Weissach package (i.e., exposed carbon fiber hood) and magnesium rims (same design as the GT2RS). Are those really available as options?
I do know the Weissach package have the painted carbon fiber hood.
My sales advisor says even though it is on the Porsche online configurator, here stateside those two options are NOT available. Please advise if you know.

Though if resale is ever intended that may be a problem. Apparently once you do the bi-xenon there is no way to retrofit the LEDs. What still surprises me I have seen several 2RSs that did not select the "free" LED option, they just left that on the table.

Dude, you paid $50k over--why the focus on resale now?

Mine will be a March build and I was told wp 808 and the mag wheels have not been rejected and 🙏 that it will get done.
My SM said both were originally wp808 not available then 2 weeks later it was ok. Mag wheels originally denied but he checked a week later and it was ok again. Car is v200 right now per sm.

Personally I hate the ring on the LEDs. The PDLS look much more clean (clearly the 992 designers agree). Plus if you're actually using these track cars for, you know, tracking, skipping the LEDs will save you some weight.

Just as ChrisDM articulated below: exactly my line of thinking. Why pay another $3K for more weight, less appeal (to me), and certainly not a 'delta' in illumination that I can appreciate.
Plus, IIRC the LEDs may have a different light pattern / programming in the US vs Europe. As an example, I had to retrofit (via software) my LED lights on the F80 M3 30 Yahre to European spec. The 'anti-dazzle' feature in the BMW LEDs is disabled in the US because it has yet to be tested by the NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration). Doesn't matter that it has been successfully used in Europe - BMW cannot activate it on cars sold in the US. But aftermarket tuners can

I buy my cars to drive, not with an eye toward resale. In other words, I buy cars for me, not the next guy.
I'm with you.
And with you.
And with you.

Cosmetically the silver contour looked better than black on the Lizard, smooth transition, black would have been an unnecessary contrast. On my black GT3 I prefer the black contour.

Question about the 2RS.....the SA I spoke with stated there are no longer any changeable allocations period. True or not? Does the dealership still make the 10% on the base price and roughly 15% of the options on the 2RS.....they're claiming that the 2RS is the only Porsche that is not true with, truth or fiction?
