Congratulations

Porsche France's test car was certainly one of the first production car to hit the 10K Km barrier, but you certainly lead now.

Especially now that the Porsche France's R is staying into the PEC LM's showroom
It is sad to see such a car collecting dust.

The car gets improves with mileage. Engine, and exhaust work and sound better.
Anyone who owns one and is not driving it is missing out, IMO.

Probably only one of the few owners out there who truly understand their R.

I am always extremely sceptical of owners of cars who do <2000 kms and then rabbit on about all the handling foibles, etc of the car.

I might me a slow learner, but it takes me a good 5,000kms before I can honestly say I know a car...and even then I am still learning.

So congrats on the 10K anniversary. Glad to hear its a long term marriage.

I totally agree. I find that Porsches improve when used regularly. These cars want to be driven.

I am a bit surprised that -other than Footsoldier- nobody stepped forward with their high(er) mileage. I am also a bit surprised that no one noted the time my picture was taken...

Chris I know what you mean...but I think it depends on the level of the car. My P1 was much more intimidating and my R feels like a toy by comparison. I got to about 300 miles and Said...I think this thing needs some sideways boot. And it loved it! So ever since then I have been driving my R with ESC TCS off and sliding everywhere.

Remember the good old days when people crashed supercars all the time? Harder to drive, less nannies, sketchier tires?

Bugatti into a lake?
Enzo into a pole?
Enzo into a barrier?
CGT into everything?
430 scud into a light pole ?

Now everyone just either pussyfoots their cars or they have so many nannies turned on that no drama happens.

10,000 on an R.

YAY!!!

The 'R', for me, is close to the perfect car, vicious, fun and loud when asked but comfortable and docile otherwise. I know it loses value when driven but I don't care as I am not selling anyway.

Did your installer put the display in your rear view mirror? if not you should have them do it.

I have the same system in my Ferrari Speciale Aperta and love it. I've only got 8k miles on mine but the ferrari guys have heart attacks when they see the odo on it. Cant see having a "special" car and not enjoying it as often as possible! well done sir

Along with most of the Instagrame lot, and the youtubers.....

I would just book a local track for half a day, take a GT3.2 my Top 10 Customers, who sets the quickest times gets the cars.

^^ how does one become a top 10 customer?
You probably would be giving away a wrecked car, but that would be one hell of a fun day!!
