I wouldn't mind selling my approved PTS GT3 BUT since I have a good guy dealership who provided the car to me they will be the first ones that I sell it to when it comes time. They scratched my back so I'll scratch theirs...it's only fair.

Why do people care so much about PTS - drives exactly the same as non-PTS. Now, if you're going to collect something, i could potentially understand. But a regular GT3 is not a great investment vehicle (pardon the pun)

It's interesting how many people shun the ADM (I am in this category) and in this particular case the $25K. Yet, so many other posts are stating that there are no MSRP allocations to be had and the few allocations available start have an ADM floor of roughly $10K and ceiling as high as roughly $50K (although I doubt there are many people who will actually pay the $50K ADM, so that ceiling is a bit of conjecture.

So, which one is it? Are there really no MSRP allocations? (There is a lot of support for this) Will most people who don't have a relationship with a dealer be paying an ADM, but will never disclose this or the amount for fear of being sent to the corner of the classroom? Will everyone get an allocation as long as they are patient? (This seems to be the most unlikely given the information I have gathered)

Any car had now will come with an ADM unless you get lucky or your relationship trumps ADM.

All allocations out for our Calendar year 18. That includes 2019(Porsche Calendar year) although build dates not confirmed.

There will still be a car here and there on bonus allocations and Dealerships beating certain sales numbers ect. that will be awarded thru out the year.

The Touring addition is running up demand ridiculously. Most new orders are for Touring vs. Wingey model

i have no idea what is going on but things are a mess. Porsche seems not to care what Dealers are charging and even the most respected Dealers are finding it hard not to join the party. Dealers outside of Porsche dealers are offering big ADMs for cars from Porsche Dealers. Every one trying to get a piece of the pie.

It has been very disappointing to watch

Agreed on all. It's amazing that the Touring was released, which increased an already high demand, without any additional production to my knowledge.

No additional production. Let's hope they extend run in to our 2019 Calendar year production. This- nobody knows.

i will bet you demand now for touring is four to one over Wingey.

The problem is everyone calling in for favors so Porsche Dealers calling on favors from other Porsche Dealers because his 3rd Cousin wants one. The demand for the .2 is making the .1 RS look minuscule by comparison

Honestly 25k ADM to get a 6MT car in a week based on what we've been seeing demand-wise, is a very realistic ask.

Until you realize that now you could own an RS for that amount of money, no thanks.

PTS to me as I find the standard palet of GT3 bland and very ordinary. I’m buying the GT3 for me, and not an investment. After all, I’m the person that has to look at it everyday in my garage. I refuse to “settle” on a 175K car.

Agreed, I'd never do it, but I can see how someone would want a 6MT experience w the .2 GT3 instead of a .1 RS PDK.

Maybe if it was your perfect spec, but not for a bloated build in a color/trim you don't want. I'd probably pay a $15k ADM right now for a configurable allocation, but not for some dealer spec car that's got a $180k MSRP to start with.

But ya really can't. And it won't be a manual. And it won't be brand new with a full warranty. RS is not really a valid comparison yet.

I think Porsche of Arlington is selling a red pdk gt3 for 25k over. What's up with all these red car's? More buyers at white, gray, black, then at red I would assume....
