Thoughts on this DME..
Hello,
I am in the market for a manual GT3, and I found one that ticks most boxes.. The DME that was provided is from last year, but no miles have been added to the car since then. Thank you for your insight!

Looks fine, Range 1 - 3 (and 1 small ignition in Range 4) which probably means mis shifted once, which caused it to go to 9400 RPM.
In general you don't want to see any Range 4 - 6, but since its all in Range 1 - 3 (and 1 ignition in Range 4 which is the only DME I've seen register 1 ignition before lol) then should be a fine to purchase as long as PPI is good.

Just looking at the engine over rev's, it seems there was 1 ignition in rev range 4 that occured at 1194 minutes (19.9 hour mark). That means it occured in the 1st 20 hours of driving.
Engine has 11514 minutes (191.9 hours), with last over revs (stage 1-2-3) occuring at 10026 minutes (167.1 hour mark) which was 30 driving hours ago.
Car has 16 111 miles on it (16111/192 hours = 83.9 MPH average speed)
I suppose on a tract, one can average that speed, but that seems excessively high to me for the amount of hours driven along with the mileage. Since it is average speed, I would assume the median speed would likely be much higher.
Also, when over revs have occured > 200 hours ago, then probably nothing bad will happen to engine (like the 1 ignition in over rev 4 that occured almost 171 hours ago). However the last over rev occured 24 hours ago, and even 'only' stage 3, Porsche recommends engine compression testing and oil analysis regarless of when they occured.
Honestly, I think the over-revs are less intertesting that the average speed over the life of the car.

So this suggests it is not the original mileage? OR it was driven very fast all the time, like German autobahn with close to zero traffic lights and restrictions or a track. Something hard to maintain for 192 hours.

I've seen about a dozen DME reports from 991.2 and the engine operating time, as reported by DME, is always too low and doesn't match what the instrument cluster reports. I wouldn't worry about that too much.
