Some updates...
- 2 cars were build on Dec 1st. One was denoted as (potentially) our last 2018 and the other, our first 2019 GT3.
- I broke out Winged/Touring by Month
- I toyed with adding CXX to the option list... it looks like only 7% of folks (187 cars) take advantage of the program? That seems quite low compared to PTS, so I left it off until I can verify the data.

Nice work RyanTT keep up the good work! There will be more November’s that will pull up in the coming weeks.
as of today I have 1,017 GT3RS verified for NA, 14 are 909WP so far with just a few 808WP still leaking through the system.
i only show 3 CXX and zero PTS but do see 297 Lizard Green now which means it will likely exceed the most popular 991.1 RS color, Lava Orange at 330.
I show 3RS production as
July - 293
Aug - 49
Sept - 179
Oct - 237
Nov - 245
Dec - 14 as of the 1st
With both of our verified production plus GT2RS this means PAG is putting out ~600 NA GT per month if not more. So could be up to two thousand worldwide on any given month which exceeds my previous estimate of ~45 GT per day average out of the ~150 total 991 built every day.
ill put together a single PDF in mid/late January for total GT3RS production through 2018.

The data is based on build sheets and they aren't always immediate. A good example would be a build sheet for a Touring car that was built in June just showed up in the last day or so. That said, I've been able to find build sheets for all the cars I've looked up (all my own cars, my buddies cars and some PTS examples I was curious about.) PM me your buddy's VIN and I can privately see if I have it.

A qq - any way to break out how many of the Winged PTS care are PDK vs 6-spd?
Interesting observation - in the US there are almost equal # of Tourings as Manual Winged cars (456 vs 466)

Thanks for the explanation. I do recall that any of my cars that had CXX would not show up on the VIN decoder. My SA and I have discussed this a few times. He has also tried to pull other clients cars that have CXX and the same results; VIN not found...

This looks pretty good. How confident are you with the numbers? I brought this up earlier about the highest MSRP GT3 to date being incorrect. My friends GT3, winged car, was delivered over the summer, with an MSRP in the $250s. This car has a **** ton of CXX, and being a 918 owner, made the car his own, with no regard for costs. I recall that the keeper of the 981 Spyder list ran into issues pulling Vin #s for the 918 guys. Are you finding the same issues? curious.
my car only has one CXX option and I could never pull the VIN...it simply doesn't exist. very strange. tried vinanalytics and the Porsche dealer site. nothing.

I'm seeing 9 GT3RS's with cxx options so far even though it's not really available. So likely 9 VIPs with minor requests. Previously the build sheets did not include cxx option costs in the price. More recently, these option costs are included. I am also seeing a November 2019 and a December 2019 GT3. Looks like they aren't waiting for January to start 2019 MY. Some cars are skipped/missing for some reason. I'm still missing 70 cars or so of the 2016 GT3RS. I believe it's more related to delayed builds which are built out of sequence due to waiting for PTS, availability in custom tailoring, EU delivery, or other reason. Some get added later some don't.
From what I've read Porsche reportedly builds around 250 cars per day at Zuffenfausen. Now that the 718's are built there that is cutting into some of those numbers. They may be pushing out a few more now and they are working a Saturday shift. It used to be estimated that they built around 10% GT cars or around 25 per day but with the 991.2 being restricted in the EU I suspect they are building more for NA and more like in the 30's per day. These GT car productions were split around the world so some months you'd see 10 cars to NA and maybe 15 to ROW. Other months it would be the opposite. How many GT cars are going out to the ROW right now?
Right now the color split is roughly
33% lizard
16% black
12% silver
13% white
8% chalk & red
and the rest between 1 and 6 %. Most of the early PCL cars don't readily show the color.

Thanks Loess. Our 3RS numbers seem to be right on. They are indeed building ~30 NA GT per day. I expect 1 in 8 991’s will be GT, or 12.5%. Overall N.A. will still receive 30-35%. I suspect they loaded up on ROW prior to September, now are more focused on NA.
For 991.1 there were seven color options plus PTS. Here are the nine .2 3RS colors currently produced.
LG - 297
black - 150
White - 116
GT S - 114
GR - 77
Chalk - 75
MB - 58
RY - 23
LO - 9
total US through December 1st = 919
