GT2 Rs Production numbers.
A friend of mine has known that a Porsche exterior manufacturer has received an order of about 2800pecs of an unmistakable detail of the GT2 RS.
This does not mean that it will be produced 2800 because the house always keeps the details for its warehouse and distributed on request for any breakage / replacement.
But it is probably an indicator.
Does anyone have any similar source to interview?
Thanks.

Could the part cross over with a GT3.2 RS?
Otherwise that lines up with the speculation of 2000-2500.
I still can’t believe there is that level of demand, but it shows how many more 991 GT cars there will be compared to 997. Maybe I can get one at MSRP at the end of the run ....

I’m guessing the front lip is the part you are talking about... Even with 25% warehouse items that would mean still above 2000 cars.. Thanks for the insight and good luck to the guys paying 100k+ ADM’s

Like I said....over 2,000+ GT2RS will be out there. I really have no clue why it would trade anywhere near 997GT2RS prices.

i believe this info straight away. thank you ricsan!
the 991GT2RS will trade in the MSRP +50-150k range. Because 6:47. and "only" 280k MSRP.
if 2.000 units are "many or enough" for the current and future sports car market - i did miss something.

The world has changed a lot in seven years.
That's why I think that you can not compare with the 997GT2RS or the GT3RS 4.0.
However they were self-limited cars and people want the 1-OF rating plate in the car.
2000 cars are not a few but they are not so much if you think the car costs 300k or more. However, this sales policy tells you that they are over and you can not have it and after reopening production is incorrect.
Gt3.1 and Gt3RS.1 are about 14,000 on the road, but they were not over?

Yesterday, I spoke with someone at PNA who knows a thing or two about things. I ask him if Porsche intended to greatly limit production of the GT2RS. His words were, "if each of them does not have a '1 of xxxx' stamped somewhere, they will only limit production based upon their ability to produce.

I still contend that just like the RS...if you REALLY want one you will get one. Especially if you are known to Porsche as someone who has bought cars previously

I guess it depends on the definition of REALLY. Currently, REALLY has a huge ADM attached to it. If PAG produces in numbers that it said it would produce, then REALLY means exactly what you said; everyone will get one.
