Where was this stated? Why would they electrify a car with Forced Induction? Or did you mean they would be using electric turbos?
What would necessitate the need for electrification on a turbo car?

Higher efficiency cats and a bigger Vanos turbo on a 4.0 could easily bump HP. After market Turbo S's are successfully modified to very high HP numbers.
A motor and battery will add hundreds of pounds, not what the GT2 is really about.
If you are referring to throttle tip in and response, yes you have a point, but some of that can be overcome with high pressure fuel injection. That concept was used back in the 70's and (and maybe before) - see Kugelfischer FI unit on the 2002tii as an example for excellent throttle response.

"Hey, I now got the exact number of total 991 GT2 RS production. 2512 cars were built in total worldwide of which 30 belong to Porsche AG. The source is from within Porsche and should be 100% reliable."

very very unlikely NA received 50% of WW production. I’m also not sure GT2RS production is 100% completed yet.
time will tell.
